I was just disappointed that the metal holding the pearl to the bracelet links was not very strong and caught on clothes, one time it caught and I didn't see it come loose and I lost my braclet.

I was reading the description of the pause necklace and my girl who has anxiety thought it was beautiful so I bought it for her.

I had bought some earrings to send directly to a friend who lives overseas. When it arrived to her, unfortunately they were bent and broken. I sent customer service an email with photos and they promptly replied that they were sending new earrings to her. These arrived safely and they are lovely! I am very happy with the customer service!

Unfortunately my friend whom I bought the necklace for can’t wear it, as it was delivered so tightly knotted up. I also received one as a gift that had knots in it. I was lucky enough to get mine out. The necklaces themselves are beautiful.
