Hunter @ HandyPro was an excellent technician who installed my stairlift!!! Although I don’t consider myself independent, The stairlift has made the life of myself much easier in navigating the house.

We had our Bruno scooter lift since March. The installer was knowledgeable and helpful. He then instructed me how to use the lift and drive the scooter onto the lift. We use it quite often and it works beautifully. Feel very secure with the lift and scooter behind me

The installation was completed professionally. The chair lift worked very well initially, but it is now making a bit of a shifting noise once it transfers to the next section of rail. I do not know if this is normal or needs some adjustment, and I am not sure how to report this to.

Unit has a sensor problem, no response / parts from dealership yet.

Contact the local representative and they respond quickly with the details of the equipment installation warranty and pricing. Show up on the appointment day and install the stairlift. The installer has very good experience and explain about the operating, safety and warranty. We saw this Bruno stairlift installed at our friend's place, try it and decided to install at our house. We installed this in mid April, 2025. We are happy with this stairlift running without problem so far and we are using it everyday.

My husband was basically confined to the main level of our home because his knees are bone on bone very painful to go up or down stairs. It is not possible to leave our with out using stairs. Now he can easily leave the house. It is such a relief
