installers were very helpful

Installation was smooth, though the unit creaks as it goes down the stairs. The installers told me that I MUST get a service contract, which when I spoke with the sales agent, he said it was not necessary

So far your chair lift performs as anticipated. We have not dealt with a power outage yet but the instruction booklet will lead me through. The installers were polite, thorough and very helpful and While I hope I don’t have to call them, I know they will respond if I do.

Quality product, great design. Mess free installation.

The people we worked with were very easy to understand, professional, answered all our questions and had a model in their location that we could see and try our. Also their installation crew were very good at their job.

Derek, our installer was prompt, professional and patient during the whole process. Everything was completed in two hours. It is now easier and safer to navigate our two level house.

Price was good. Sales rep was good. Did not try to upsell me with bells and whistles. Install was perfect, quick and neat. The chair has made a big difference for my husband who has IPF.

Great stairlift. Well made and smooth operation.
