The stair lift has made my basement access again. As a result I will not need to have my washer and dryer moved upstairs..

Love my stairlift.........really was a lifesaver and I cannot say enough good things about your rep Scott. He was prompt, personable and reliable. He was a pleasure to deal with...........honest, upfront and not at all pushy. He made my experience as easy as possible. Kudos to you for employing him!!!

Comfortable seat and very quiet operation. The ride is smooth, but slow for safety (17 steps require 53 seconds). No rattles or bumps. The rail encroachment in your stairwell (40" wide in my home) is about six inches. No problem for climbers carrying heavy objects because the seat and foot stool fold up vertically. My only minor complaint is that the remote control (two included) is infrared rather than UHF. You must point it directly at the chair and continuously hold the remote key to move the chair up or down without a rider. The $3600 installed price seems a little steep but it's better than the alternative, a nasty fall. However, the unit appears well-built to last a lifetime. The battery auto charges. Expected life for the battery? About three years to be safe. A minor expense to insure the chair functions when you need it every day. The owner can easily change out the battery. No need to pay for a service call. I would recommend this product.

Love the lift and the company/installers that we worked with.

So far, so good!! I find it a bit slow if I am fetching the chair up or down if it is not where I am, which happens because we are having to store it at the bottom so that people can get by it, coming up from basement. It works as advertised, so we are happy with that!
