Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

We love the stair lift. It really makes getting upstairs safe for Jaquan.

Installation was very good and my experience since has been excellent.

The stair lift works good. I only wish it had buttons that were a bit easier to push. I have limited strength in my hands, and it is hard for me to hold the button in without accidentally releasing it causing the lift to stop. The remote call buttons are even harder for me to hold down, they take a fair bit if force to hold in. I also wish the lift seat height could be adjusted by the user, mine was installed a bit high and I would have to request a technision to have it lowered. But other than these things, the chair has been working well for the few months I've had it.

After spending six months in a temporary bedroom on the main level of our two story house, you stair-lift was a real game changer. My wife now benefits from full access to our second story. From the first time that she used the stair -lift she had no concerns and found it comfortable, safe and of real benefit. You have a very happy customer and who has every confidence in using your product.

We are very happy with our Bruno stairlift. We were especially satisfied with the dealer who sold it, Grace In Motion, in the Tyson’s Corner, Virginia area. The personalized service that the owner, Rick Peterson, gave us was the real selling point. Once we made our decision, the dealer ordered and installed it very quickly.

Happy with this product. Quiet and smooth. Good service with the purchase and installation.

The outside and inside stairlift are great. I am very happy with the product. My only concern is the outside lift having no awning over it.

We have two Bruno stairlifts. One in our WV home and one in our Texas home. They serve us well.
