We love our chair lift. We use if for both of our Mothers so that they can come and stay at our two story house whenever they want. It makes their stay with us fun and keeps them independent.

Excellent handling by sales and installation company! Excellent product! Increased my safe mobility. Very quiet and flawless operation, to date.

The supplier's knowledge and the team that installed the stairlift were top notch. My mother has been using the stairlift for a couple of months now which has given me piece of mind that she can move independently throughout our home.

2/12/2020 My complaint is against the refund/cancellation policy and not the stairlift itself. We had ordered and put a deposit down (50% of total cost) on an Elan straight lift via Bruno dealer Aston Pharmacy Home Health Center for my father. Unfortunately my father passed away the day the lift was to be installed. We contacted the dealer to cancel the installation and they stated that they would still have to charge us $600. We feel this is a horrible policy which was not disclosed to us and resulted in a poor experience with Bruno and their dealer. To us, it just shows that Bruno and their dealer are unsympathetic and do not really care about their customers, only about making the sale upfront. Ironically the dealer's slogan is, "Where caring is the heart of our business" 2/15/2020 Update: I am revising my star rating (from 1 star to 4 stars) for Bruno Independent Living Aids. Anne from Bruno reached out to let us know that she had contacted the dealer on our behalf and worked out an arrangement with the dealer who will be providing a full refund to us after all. Bruno offered support to the dealer so they didn't lose any money on fees, labor hours and shipping costs they had incurred. I struggled deciding whether to change the star rating to 3 or 4 stars, but in the end decided to go with 4, as from our perspective Bruno took the initiative and went above and beyond in working out a desirable resolution for their dealer and us, their customer.
