We have 2 Bruno stairlifts and couldn’t be more pleased. They are a lifesaver. The remotes could be better but I purchased learning remotes from Amazon for about $8 and problem solved.

My husband and I both are disabled. The stairlift is great. We had trouble with the remotes though. We just had both of them replaced and it works fine now.

Overall very satisfied. Wish control was on both sides/handles and remote work no matter what position chair was left so that multiple users have ease of access with remote control.

This stairlift is a quality product. It has made our lives so much easier. Installation was professionally done and we have had absolutely no problems since purchasing it.

A very pleasant experience starting with a conversation with the owner of the local dealership, who explained the features & capabilities. This was followed by a trip to the showroom where I could see the models and the associated options, which were explained by a knowledgeable salesman. A professional grade installation was performed in about a two hour period and the product has worked flawlessly since.

My mother at age 94 did not want a stairlift until she was hospitalized with a broken hip. Now she is in her home again living independently and is extremely happy with her Bruno. She was able to pick up using your system even though she has difficulty learning due to a slight stroke several years ago.
