Really a Life Changer
Used to have a hard time going up and down the stairs. Now, after the installation of the Bruno Stair Lift, I can go up from our basement apartment with ease and no struggles. My husband and I used to just stay home on weekends, but now we look forward to going out because I can go up now safely and less stressful. The lift took about 3 weeks to finish because it is a Bruno Curve Stairlift, but only took 3 hours total to install.Very professional and expertly installed! Thank you very much.

Units speed is to slow
Units speed is to slow. The beeper will not go off with the chair in the right angle at the top of the stairs.

Hi Mr. Sanner, All Bruno stair lifts leave our factory in multi-user mode. This mode is activated a when the stairlift is left rotated at the top of the stair case, as that would not allow the seat to travel down to the bottom if another rider is attempting to use it. The local Bruno dealer who installed your stairlift will be able to change the use-mode to "single user", which disables this alert. To find your dealer's contact information, please visit www.bruno.com/dealer and use your postal code or city/town or residence to local them. Thank you for reaching out to us, - The Bruno Team

Bruno Chair Lift
It's such a good feeling knowing I can go up and down the stairs by myself. The Bruno chair lift is very safe and well constructed.
