We decided on a Bruno stair lift because of a sales pitch that was done by the company we purchased from. They were really a terrific company and did a good job of explaining the quality and the workmanship and the fact that this Bruno was made in the United States. It was explained that it was a good seller and that they had very little problems with it Our sales lady was so informative that it made it very easy to make a decision. We are so grateful for the Bruno stair lift and it has been a high quality product that we've been very happy with. Its convenience, comfort and performance assures that we would definitely recommend this product as it has made it possible for us to stay in our home. We love it and we get lots of use out of it. I can honestly say it is in use everyday and we have absolutely no problems with it. We are very happy with our purchase.

I'm very new to having a stair lift. I think I need to use it for at least 6 months before I could determine if I should give it five stars. I'll start with four. One thing I wish is that it had a bigger seat and the foot pad was just a little longer. Other than that, it seems very durable.

I have both an indoor and an outdoor Bruno stairlift. I could not have come home without them. They allow me to safely go upstairs and get inside my house. They have been operating beautifully now for over a month and I am so glad I have them.
