am very happy with the lift. excellent machine . excellent installation.

Easy to use. Helps me stay at my home

The chairlift works fine although I am not dependent on it. Ironically, my condition began to improve the day the lift was installed. I’m 73 and a disabled Vietnam War veteran of two straight tours who has had 3 cancer diagnosis and congestive heart failure. The lift is a welcomed tool on days I struggle with stairs in my house. The installers did a great job.

I left is continually in loose and wobbly ever since I had it installed also once it was repaired it was still loose and fault and it cost me the rear view window of my SUV it had to be broken replaced at my expense that's also cost dents in the back of my car as it swings up when I'm driving and carrying a scooter on the back I am not very satisfied with it but it's what the VA selected and I'll put up with that's all I have to say thank you.

We love our new stair chair. We had much difficulty using the steps prior to its installation. It is very easy to operate. It looks very nice. The installer was very professional and kind. We are very pleased. Thank you for a positive experience.

This has been a very good purchase for us. I needed it to get to the basement, my wife was going with the flow. Now she likes it too as she has had problems with the stairs in the past. We are also surprised how quietly it runs.

Easy & smooth From sales , installed to product, Mikel out of Pittsburgh was great My mom learned quickly how to operate the chair. It rides quietly and quickly. She claims she is happy with her Elan ( her grandson -my kid, his name is Elan)😉!. Nice comfortable product .

Very satisfied with the sales person. Was honest and helpful. When stair lifter was installed the installer was professional and did the job in less time then quoted Extremely happy with my stair lifter Have recommended to several friends
