I like the stairlift, very convenient for a disabled person. But it could have been installed closer to the wall by at leasts 2 inches.

The installers were great ,quick install and answered all of are questions. The stair lift works good.

I am very happy with my purchase.My one concern is this: I would think a company as well known as Bruno, would have a help line at the company. I called looking for an answer to a question i was having with a small problem There was no answer for it in my owners manual. But NO, they do not have anything like that. Might be a good idea for the future. Since the stair lifts are made there, who better to know what might be the problem. I did figure it out, but I am older, and it would have been more helpful to have had assistance.

October 2019 Chair lift installed; April 2020 smaller lift installed. September 2020 annual check-up wilel under warranty. Replace part of the track. Every time I contacted them great attitude on the phone, good service. Fast response. Can say nothing bad about them. This is where the book on Customer service should be written,.And product simple to run and maintainThey accommodate; They help and succeed for you. Deal with them A sure thing to address you requirements.

Like everything except remotes which seem to stick or malfunction frequently.

Love the Stair lift & that it only takes 1minute to get up my L shaped staircase, instead of 20 minutes without the lift. Would have rated a 5 stars had Bruno not sent the lift somewhere else other than my supplier, resulting in an extra 10 day delivery & installation.

I consistently have issues with both my stair lifts. They have replaced the arm with the switch 4 times and now they don't charge correctly ya have to wiggle them to get them to charge. I wish I had went with a different brand!

The only thing I noted was the speed of the chair going up and down, it being somewhat slow, however, I do realize that the speed is regulated by the State.
