The stairlift and rail system are very sturdy and of very high quality. The installation went very smoothly. The salesperson and team were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love the independence the chair provides my husband, and the service from Look Stairlifts has been phenomenal...however, we have had a couple of issues with the reliability of the chair's performance (first 2 months) that have caused some concern. Both resulted in the lift stopping between floors with the disabled individual stuck. (one pertained to faulty wiring of retractable foot rest and the other seems to have been a battery issue). Otherwise, completely satisfied with chair performance, and would recommend.

I needed my stairlift ASAP. I called the office and they sent someone out that same day and installed it the next day. It was installed within an hour. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend Bruno Independent Living Aids to anyone.

I am very pleased with the stairlift but it makes noises when going up the stairs and I don't know if that's normal or not. I will call the installer and ask about it. Other than that it works perfectly.

Mr. Craig Coogan, LTS came and measured our stairs twice, outstanding customer service. When the chair lift arrived almost exactly when he said, his office called to set up a install date. Carlos & John arrived, they were the cream of the crop, they did a outstanding job, very good customer service. My husband has benefited greatly from the chairlift. I told a friend about it and she would like to have a consultation to obtain one. When she’s ready I’ll be referring her to Mr. Coogan. We thank you, Verkie Jones Sr.
