I liked the fact that the Bruno units were made almost entirely of American components in America. I had 2 done at the same time by 2 different fellows from 101 Mobility, who worked together when necessary and were finished in good time. The lifts work as I expected and advertised and my wife and I, and some guests were very pleased. I'd be happy to recommend the lift and the installing company.

Purchased my Bruno Elite in 2017 through a authorized dealer out of Raleigh N.C ( asscesbility) the couple retired but assured me that there was a technician that was taking over the company,that didn't happen,I was left to find a authorized dealer to service my chair and I went with 101 mobility out of Salisbury N.C. owner is Lisa who has been trying to help me get my chair fixed,she has sent her technician out to try and fix my chair 6 times,it has not even been 6 months and the chair is doing the exact same thing as it was doing before. I have attempted to contact customer service to escalate a complaint the first time the lady didn't even call me back but I attempted to file the 2nd complaint I spoke with a Ms. Murray,she wanted the serial number and I emailed it to her the same day ,this was on a Tuesday did not hear from her than I sent another email by that Friday just checking to make sure she recieved the email of the serial number only to be ignored! I did express my concern that I felt like the chair was a lemon! Lisa with101 mobility informed me that "she is unable to fix the chair ,she could not keep sending a technician out to fix my chair because she was losing money on a chair she did not install". I went with the Bruno Elite because it was highly recommended and had the best warranty. Bruno parts are covered but what gets you is paying for someone to come out and fix the chair,the service call! Now that chair is going to have to be replaced even though it still have the warranty on parts I am not able to get anyone out to my home who can actually fix the chair! So I am faced with either trying to replace the chair or trying to find someone else to fix it! So do Bruno really have great stairlift chairs? I think not because our chair is only 4 years old and we have had some one out more than the average and the authorized dealer is saying she don't understand it either because Bruno chairs are usually good,yes I have had the chair serviced! In researching stairlift they average to last 10 years as you can see my stairlift is no where near lasting that long. I am trying to research other chairlifts because this is something my husband and I need in our home he was in a work related accident which limits his mobility and I have joint issues in which I have had multiple surgeries for. These stairlift chairs are not cheap we paid thousands of dollars for this stairlift and for it to only last this short period of time leaves me disappointed and frustrated with the entire stairlift market because when it boils right down to it,It's a rip off for people who really need them. 4/12/21 update ,I am happy to let people know that I recieved a call from Ms. Moore who represented Bruno she was very professional,she was able to find out the history of everything we have been going through, Thanks to ( Lisa ) with 101 mobility who was able to provide Ms. Moore in detail everything that they had replaced on our stairlift,I would like to Thank Lisa for her advocacy on our behalf and her compassion to help us.Ms. Moore showed compassion and understanding and was able to come up with a solution to help us solve our problem in a matter of minutes. I have to give Praise and Honor to my Lord and Savior for putting the right people in my life to help us!

We love the chair and the independence it has given us. The sales person was very knowledgeable and a great deal of help. But the installer amazed us the most. You have a very good team.

so far, so good. i was extremely impressed with the guys who installed the unit. they were nice, polite, quick, neat and had the whole thing done in an hour. we were amazed! and now, it works wonderfully well for me, allowing me to go up and down the stairs at ease. my only difficulty is with the component that allows me to turn the chair so that i can disembark when it gets to the top. i just don't do it right i think. gave myself some arm bruises with the arms on the chair as i tried to get off. but i think i will eventually figure out what to do. i highly recommend this company. they arrived when the said they would and guys were great! We could not live without the stairlift. It lets us be together as a family once again. The Bruno lift gives freedom and takes away all the worry that our family won’t be able to be together: now we can enjoy being together with access to all the rooms we need; the bathroom, the kitchen, the family room, and the bedroom. With the Bruno lift our isolation is over!

My mother’s old Bruno stairlift played out after many years, so we called for a replacement. We were given a same day appointment and had a new stairlift installed by the next week. This new Bruno stairlift works great and my mother is able to get down from her upstairs apartment with ease.

Excellent service. On time, thorough, pleasant and professional. Issues with one of the chargers (constant low volume “beep”), were resolved quickly (charging unit replaced). Thank you.

The installer was polite and respectful. He went about his work, wearing a mask, and appeared to know what he was doing. We had snow and the sidewalk was snow-covered. He placed tarps on the floor and cleaned up after the installation. The chair lifts are working fine and are much needed. We look forward to many years of their use.
