Moving into a new home
Moving into a new hone, I ordered a ramp and chairlift. I was very happy with the installation, the installer and the product. It has made my move-in very much more enjoyable.

Great stair lift
This is a great stairlift. It is quite, takes up minimal space, and has battery backup. When I called with a question about 14 months after I purchased the lift, the service technician was out the next day. I would recommend this lift. Our is an indoor straight rail lift. I also appreciate the two remotes so I can "call" the chair if it is on the wrong floor.

I'M SO HAPPY WITH MY STAIR LIFT
I'M SO HAPPY WITH MY STAIR LIFT. I ACTAULLY BOUGHT IT FOR MY HUSBAND BUT AT THE MOMENT HE IS IN THE HOSPITAL AND I'VE BEEN HAVING A GOOD TIME RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. ALLAN IS WONDERFUL AND DAVID THE INSTALLER IS THE BEST. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT THIS TIME AND HOPEFULLY I WON'T HAVE ANY AT ALL. HAPPY TO LET YOU KNOW HOW EFFICIENT EVERYONE IS AND LIKE I SAID I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. JUST ENJOYING THE RIDE.

I like my Bruno...
Before deciding to purchase the Bruno stairlift, I did research on stairlifts (which you should do as well) in terms of customer satisfaction and details of the stairlift itself, as to how it is put together, powered and what sort of guarantee it carries. One detail that I liked in particular is that the stairlift can be folded and recharged wherever it is stopped. Other stairlifts are rechargeable only at their staircase endpoints. There is hardly any trace of lubricant which is often a major complaint in customer reviews of other brands. Furthermore, the whole system is clearly built to last. I am quite happy in my choice. -J. Very Satisfied!
I was so pleased with the salesperson (Vince) and the installation people (Mark, Custer and Jason). I installed both a straight stairlift (to the basement) and a curved stairlift (to the upstairs). The experiences on both were excellent and I am very happy with the results. I also received a new walker which is amazing! Many thanks to everyone involved.
