Very nice. Has worked as advertised. Have only had it for a month or so, but so far it is just fine,

The chairlift allows me to not only finally get out of the house, but back in too. And other than waiting for it...the excitement of having it operational is immense. The pandemic caused my province to close down....but it didn't apply to my chairlift.

Product was installed quickly and operation was explained thoroughly and product is working flawlessly

I'd give it more, but I haven't had it that long.

My husband will be 100 years old in a few months and very keen on being as independent for as long as possible - including going up 9 steps to the bedroom using only the hand rail and a cane. With a very weak back and very little feeling in his legs , from serving in World War II and 38 years of heavy lifting in his profession , he finally realized that he needed a chair lift to carry him safely to the bedroom. He is enjoying the ride up and being able to , once again , be in control of a moving vehicle . Thank you for allowing seniors to have this safety with your product.

It was not a smooth process but thanks to the installer now it works great and looks like a quality product
