Mechanical relays? Really Slow? extension foot automatically sync, with up and down? Occasional start and stop at extension foot and track extension.

Everything went wonderfully. Installers were professional and explained everything as it being done.

The lift works well, as advertised. The only problem we have is that when it swivels at the top of the stairs, it makes a loud noise, waking up people that are already sleeping. Because of that, we do not use the swivel option late at night nor early in the morning.

The only thing I would improve is the padding on the seat. Not thick enough, it could be much more comfortable. I, in fact, asked the installer to leave the seat from my old Bruno stair lift for future use elsewhere.

The installation was promptly and professionally done. It is easy for me to use our lower level now. Thank you!

Great product and great installation team. Will highly recommend.

Our Bruno Stair l\Lift experience was first class From the initial contact to the prompt well done installation, the instructions at installation, the smooth operation, the well executed design and the built in safety features that insure proper operation, this was a +++ experience. Ralph Lambert

My wife is using the 3 lifts all the time. She has breathing problems and finds using the lifts helps her conserve what little energy she has for more important activities. We have always been active so finding climbing stairs hard to do is a real blow to our ego. The Bruno lifts make life a lot easier for her.
