The foot rest is back to far .it's really slow. I had a older Bruno and had a speed adjustment. And padding on the seat was thicker.But the VA got my this one and I am grateful.

The installer was very efficient and left the area in a clean a very knowledgeable regarding the installation process. The stair chair is very good in operation and makes a safer trip up or down the stairs very safe.

Excellent service at all phases from gathering information on the internet sites for Bruno and 101 Mobility; discussion of options and questions; installation and instruction from 101 Mobility installers and email follow-ups from Shawna Lasenby. All personnel were courteous and professional throughout the process.

Should provide options for all users IE growing children.
I believe asking for a rating when only had it working 2 weeks is a bit soon, but no issues so far. If I could remark one thing it would be you should provide option for ALL clients that use product IE growing children and not just full grown adults. My daughter is ten and seat is not adjustable to her shorter stature.

I was very satisfied with the stairlift
I was very satisfied with the technician that came to my house and installed the chairlift. He was very professional and friendly. Even though I am not in need of the stairlift currently I know it will be invaluable as I get older and am not able to go up stairs as well. Highly recommend this company.
