Can we get a instruction booklet on how to operate Our stair lift?

On time. Excellent installation. Showed me how to use it. Answered all my questions. Patched wall where they had to get to electricity. Also wanted to paint the wall, but I told them not too, because I wanted to change the color. I have no complaints.

Working with 101 Mobility was an overall great experience. They responded very quickly to have a representative come to the house due to my husband being discharged from a skilled nursing facility. They promised it would be installed prior to my husband coming home and they did just that. The office staff, especially Tanya, was wonderful to work with. The installer, Derrick was very professional and explained the workings of the chair lift. We did have a few hiccups along they way but they responded quickly. Service came out several times and Rich was extremly helplful and ensured the chair was operational and would not incur any further issues. He was right and they couldn't have been more helpful! Would definitely recommend the product and servvice!

This product fulfills all our needs and works flawlessly. It is easy to use and does not tak away from the looks of the area. We are very pleased. I am a veteran of the Navy Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarine service 1968 - 1972. Joseph Trapp First Baptist Church Baldwinsville NY

It is functional, stylish and affordable. Nearly unobtrusive and certainly quiet.

My first Bruno Stairlift was two years ago. I named it "Lazarus" because I felt as if I had been brought back to life --- to again be able to go up and down the stairs to my upstairs bedroom! This is my second Bruno Stairlift, and I have named it Lazarus II, because being able to use my basement again --- is a miracle! Additionally, the quality and appearance are superior. Here, it is important that I mention Hudson, the amazing and gifted gentleman, who masterfully installed both Bruno Stairlifts. Great experiences! I truly feel so blessed!

We really love it. Installation team was excellent. They didn’t leave one speck of dirt or debris. Fortunately, we were able to be proactive and had our lifts installed before we need to use them all the time. It’s such a security blanket for us 90 and 95 year olds….now we can stay in our home as long as we want!

Delivery was timely, very professional & excellent work.
