Everything was done professionally!

The day we called Access Solutions in Akron, Ohio to inquire about a stair glide Tim was able to come to our home, which is about an hour and a half away. We decided to buy and Tim was prepared to measure and place the order. The stair glide came in about five weeks later and was installed within five days. The installers, Drew and Shawn, were very polite, professional and efficient. There was only one problem with the remotes and something squeaking and they had a tech at our home the same day and he had it fixed quickly. The whole process was wonderful and we are very satisfied.

Very happy with your chairlift

Our son and his wife did a super sales pitch on my wife Janet (87 years young) having some vision and hearing issues (along with dementia) who is now very happy with her single stair lift installed by Dice Surgical here in Williamsport, PA. The installation was done professionally, clean and works well. Many thanks for this fine product and we wish you continued success in the coming years.
