The Bruno stair lift replaced the old lift from another company. It is very easy to use and is a much better quality than the old old. I highly recommend the lift to anyone that needs one.

It works well. I just wish the folding rail didn't scream like a truck backing up when it is deployed up or down! Impossible to use it if anyone is sleeping.

Overall I have to say the experience of getting the stairlift was professional. I dreaded the idea, but it needed to be done. I was assured it would be a clean, painless process. The salesperson explained clearly my options and what to expect during installation. The installer was professional, positive in attitude, and helped me feel confident in my decision. Although I did have an issue with a beeping on the charger, it was replaced at no cost to me, and the company acknowledged the problem. The lift is a safe, easy-to-use system; overall, I am happy to have this in place. Customer service is stellar.

I have only had the Bruno Elan stairlift for about a month, but it has worked very well. It is reliable, well made and very easy to use.
