Howard installed both a ramp outside our front door and also the stair lift chai inside our home. He is very easy to communicate with, is willing to listen and discuss what needs to be done. He works very diligently. He and another fellow worked all afternoon in the rain installing the outside ramp. BUT the most important, kind and thoughtful thing he did was schedule the stair chair installation two days after we were in the store to purchase it. I could tell he was trying to get it in as soon as possible for me. AND HE DID!! He worked efficiently and arrived when he said he would. The chair works wonderfully and has given me the ability to go to the lower level and work on my crafting while I recover from a broken hip. Thank you Howard and Jackson Medical in my time of need.
