We have Bruno Elan Stairlift for one month. Every Thing is working as intended except Cracking and Clicking noise. The Stairlift does not make any abnormal noise when going up on the lower section of the track, but suddenly starts making irritating clicking and cracking noise when it goes up from the lower track to the upper track, starting where the two tracks are attached together. The same kind of irritating sound continues to persist on both the sections of the track when the Stairlift is coming down. We are not able to determine whether it is manufacturing defect or faulty installation by Mobility Works. Mobility Works installers say that it is normal to make noise when the two tracks are joined together. We want to have opinion of Bruno Stairlift Manufacturer, Bruno Independent Living Aids, on this issue. Bruno ILA Anne Moore and Technical people helped a lot to resolve the irritating Clicking noise. The noise Level is now very much reduced, within acceptable limits. Michael, the new installer from Mobility Work Allentown, worked very closely with ILA Tech people and Stair Lift is now working the way it should have been 3 months ago. New Installer Michael is very competent man . We have revised our rating from 3 Star to 5 Star.

Installation crew was outstanding. The Bruno equipment failed at installation. Motherboard had to be replaced several times, as well as other problems. After several weeks delay, the entire lift, chair and rail had to be taken to installer's shop before finally it worked. Then two weeks after installation the folding section of rail failed. The folding section is not working and we are waiting on parts. You are lucky I didn't give you one star.

lift works well and is a blessing. Took a long time to get it, but great to have it working now.

Wonderful( life changing.

Our old Acorn unit gave up the ghost at the end of May. I reviewed available stairlift brands & got quotes from several local suppliers. I chose 101Mobility in Costa Mesa. Great decision my wife & I love the Bruno stairlift. 101's installers Ryan & Gustavo did a great job removing the old unit & installing the Bruno unit! Much quieter and reliable than the old Acorn. I also appreciate that Bruno was started by a US veteran. I would certainly recommend the Bruno stairlift installed by 101 Mobility.

Great product and wonderful sales and installation team. We purchased a custom curved stair lift for my mother. She absolutely loves it. It has allowed her to resume activities outside the house and given her a better quality of life. The lift is sturdy and safe. It is easy for her to use. The sales rep did all the measurements and answered all our questions prior to purchasing. The installation team was professional, double checked everything and made sure we all knew how to use it before they left. Highly recommend.

The Bruno stairlift is nice but I find some adjustments could be made to the chair that would be beneficial to ALL seniors. The chair is one height so very hard for someone who is short and has poor mobility to get on themselves, the foot rest is not adjustable so if the person is not very tall their feet dangle while riding the chair. Overall nice chair but a standard default size as they all are. We chose Bruno stairlift because the rail is thin and nice looking but also thinking the thin rail would save us some space on the stairs, but where the rail saved space the footings didn't as the footings are wide and you lose about 1 1/4" of space, so for smaller homes whichever rail you go with the spacing is the same for the rail/footings. If Bruno stairs can design a secondary standard footing for narrow stairs and make the few adjustments to the chair I would then rate it a 5+ as they would be ahead of the competitors for stairlifts offering more options. All in all the chair is nice but just a standard stairlift that can be purchased anywhere.
