Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

I think the installer was very good. He took the time to advise me on all the uses of the stair lift. My wife and I are very satisfied with the unit.

Excellent experience. Delivery on time. Installer was very knowledgeable and courteous. All in all it was a very pleasant experience!

The chair lift is a game changer!! We put in a new deck, with a large ramp!! But in the rain, n snow! It’s so slick! So putting in a chair lift to reach the bottom door to the driveway is Great! N so safe for my Husband! I use the chair for my laundry!! There is plenty of room to get by the chair, for those in the house that don’t need it at this time!! But there for my future to!

The entire process was great. From the initial quote, answering of questions, measuring and ordering to the actual installation. We are so happy with the Bruno CRE-2110 stair lift.

Our experience was outstanding. Thanks

Found sales person to be very professional. Crew installed on time as promised. We didn’t think a lift could be installed due to old stairway, we were wrong. We love it. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Purchased a unit that is supposed to support up to 300 lbs. Find the unit to be noisy when compared to an Inclinator that was approx. 30 yrs old. Although it hasn't been used that much, the seat padding may be separating from the front of the seat as there is a tiny bit of spacing appearing there. Not too impressed at this point.

Very helpful in getting my mobility restricted spouse to our second floor. Too expensive!
