Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Everything from the estimate to the installation was done extremely professional and very knowledgeable as to what they were doing. Would definitely recommend

I got the chair-lift to help with my husband's needs. He had been falling going up the stairs. It has been a big help for him. Now I find myself using the chair-lift also. We are both enjoying using the chair-lift.

The installation went very smooth, except the installers forgot to put in two major bolts along the support. They came out promptly to fix that and do some further adjusting. It works like a gem. What a great unit, so easy to get on and off and so smooth. I welcome it and will even more so in the future. It's a very fine unit, and I'll get years and years of welcome assistance from it.

We can't get over how it is such a quiet ride. It couldn't be easier to get up from the chair one it reaches the stop of our stairs.

The rep that came to our house, Jonathan B, and the installer Manny G, were both super. Friendly and professional. The lift is a life changer, for sure! Great product!

Our experience was topnotch all the way from the sales rep to installation. Our home required a curved stair lift and we are very happy with the process and the product. The lift is high quality, quiet and serves the purpose well. I highly recommend this Bruno product; it is top of the line.

Made in America. Bruno chair, Veteran Founded, Family Owned. I did my research this chair got great reviews. Now I know why. We had great service from the sales people. Great service from the installer, a real nice guy. My wife loves them both. Will be a life saver with her upcoming surgery. We got one outside and one going into the basement. Only had them a few weeks, so far so good. They have a really a smooth ride and very quiet. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a chair.

Ryan was terrific to work with. Very competitive pricing. Everyone was really nice, professional and polite. We are so glad we went with the Bruno Elite. Definitely worth paying a little bit more for the power seat and step. We love it!
