Very good stairlift
The stairlift works as it should. A bit noisy on rail joints but otherwise fine. Seems to be very high quality and very sturdy, as well as having several safety features. Keep in mind that it takes several weeks (7 in our case) from order to installation. Overall we're happy with the stairlift.

Life Saver
Great installation on a excellent brand of stair lift. Sales made everything very clear as to what was going to be installed and any options available to me. Cost was explained up front with nothing hidden.

My Bruno Stair Lift Installation and Use Experience
My daughters purchased the stair lift for me, so I can't comment on the purchase experience. However, the installers worked very hard to get it set up from 3-6 October 2023. There was a problem with the unit, believed to be the mother board, and the main unit had to be replaced, which was done very quickly. However, it was discovered that the actual problem was a wire was pinched in the seat, and that was dealt with. The installers had good phone tech support from Bruno. One of the remotes still doesn't work, I didn't report that yet, so I'm doing it now. Everything else now works perfect. My husband and I were very impressed with the trouble shooting skills of the installer and remote help. I would not be able to access our basement and laundry without this excellent stair lift and I find it very safe.
