I live in a 2 story rowhouse and the chair lift has allowed me to be independent and continue doing my daily chores.

The time that Jake spent making sure our radiators were working properly was impressive. We never had him here before, but would certainly request that he comes every year.

We are very happy with the installation. It was done in a few hours and works as demonstrate. Quality product.

Very easy to operate and it does not take up a lot of space

I can't say it was great. Initially the two installers had to go back to the "shop" a couple of times,to pick up a couple of things which added to the time which meant they were here most of the day. Secondly, I made a service call as the chair doesn't go all the way down smoothly but the rep who came said it was fine and normal. I still don't like it. Lastly,another service call because one morning we came down and saw the small lift facing the kitchen and we hadn't used it. That was spooky but the service tech figured out the problem and fixed it. The two lifts were on the same frequency. I could not stay in this house without the second floor lift.

It’s a blessing to use the star stairlift to get me up and down from the upper floor and lower. Easy to use. The man who installed the stairlift was polite and professional.

This has made my life so much easier. It’s easy to use. The gentlemen that installed it were very helpful explaining everything to me. I don’t think there is anything you could do to improve since I’m extremely happy. Thank You
