Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

There patience in the going back and forth about placement and fit, the only thing that is a issue is the chair rotation working everytime at the top of the steps still working on that

I would like to thank Alpha Care Supply for the professional service given to my wife and I. Mr Lee and Ms. Keith were very accommodating in the process of helping us in choosing and being able to purchase the right stairlift to meet our needs. We also were very pleased with the installation of the stairlif. Ronny who installed the stairlift was truly amazing. He is very experienced and worked quite efficiently. The job was done clean and all information I needed to know was patiently explained. Ronny also was dedicated to making sure that the stairlift was operating 100% satisfactory. We are very pleased. Thank you.

We had 2 Bruno stair lift’s installed on Aug. 6, 2024. The Bruno stair lift was recommended by our neighbor. They had just had one installed. They purchased theirs through Dick’s Homecare, in Altoona, PA. He praised the quality of the American-made Bruno. He was very pleased with the professionalism of the Dick’s Homecare sales staff, and the knowledge of the installer. I have Parkinson’s. My plans after retirement included spending as much time in my shop as possible. That was impossible! Just getting up and down the steps took a majority of my day’s energy. Following my neighbor’s suggestion, I called Dick’s Homecare, in Altoona, PA. I spoke to Michelle Himes-Fether. She described the Bruno Stairlift, praising ease of use and USA made quality. She detailed Bruno’s great consumer guarantee schedule and she set up an appointment for an installer to come to our home, measure the stairways and answer any questions. The estimator arrived on time and was very personable. He was here about an hour. Ms. Himes-Fether called me the next day, we discussed pricing, she said call me back when you’ve made a decision. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE! I couldn’t believe it. The other company hounded us day and night. The salesman phoned several times a day, his supervisor called several times, and their sales support staff called daily. I finally called the sales rep and told him to STOP THE MADNESS! So glad we went with Bruno and Dick’s Homecare! I called Michelle back about 10 days later. We bought 2 Bruno stairlift units, she set-up an installation date for 1 week later. The installer arrived at 10AM as scheduled. He was done by 2PM. He explained how to operate the stairlift, he explained the guarantee and answered all our questions. The installer left and 15 minutes later, I was in my basement, in my shop, creating and working away! Buy Bruno to get an American-made product with a great guarantee!

The instillation went well. The people were nice and polite. They worked without wasting time. The price was reasonable.

I am enjoying the chairlift! It has helped me tremendously and I am glad we finally installed one. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and informative.

We bought this stair life for our daughter to use. She got to use it 4 times before she went to be with JESUS. We moved it to our house as I needed one. It has worked great and I have used it many times. Easy to operate. I would highly say it is great.

The Bruno replaced an aging chair and I’m quite happy with it except the seat needs more cushioning. It was so uncomfortable I had to find a cushion to use so a nerve in my leg wouldn’t be pinched.

Works flawlessly and gives us peace of mind
