Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

We use the Bruno daily. Only wish it did not take up so much room, but I suppose that is unavoidable.

We needed extra help due to our situation. The stairchair had to be removed and reinstalled because we got new hardwood floors. I had many conversations with Mike and he was always very professional and very kind to accommodate us during a busy time.

We were given prompt attention to our inquiry. Installation was quick, timely, and finished professionally.

The lift chair was installed at the end of October to provide me access to an above garage workshop. The installers were friendly and efficient. They handled a small problem with the bottom stair so the system would work. I’ve been using the lift multiple time a day since installation for the last 6-7 weeks and it has worked perfectly. The real test will be how many years I get. So far everything is working fine.

Very quick installation. Installer vert punctual and efficient. Taught me to use the lift and answered all my questions.

After the company that installed our Bruno stair lift left, we discovered that my wife's Kimber 9mm auto pistol is missing the Bruno company has been the only people that has visited my home since it came up missing out of her nightstand next to our bed her side is the closest to the bedroom door, she remembers one of the three workers came up the stairs and came to the door looked in the bed room and looked around then walked away from the door, there is a police report with the sherifs dept, this lift was arranged and paid for by the veteran Administration.

Stairlift came when it was supposed to, very friendly and knowledgeable installers .

Installed quickly. Able to use right away.
