Short wait for installation. Installation was quick. Everyone was pleasant, personable, and professional. (I’ve run out of “p” words or I’d keep going!) My mom can now go up and down to different parts of the house on her own, which really lifted her spirits. As a multigenerational military family, we are very happy to work with a veteran-owned business.

Had previous good service from another Chair

Bruno StairLift is easy to operate, reasonable price, low maintenance, 2 remotes-one placed at top of stairs, and one at bottom make it possible to call chair where needed. A big plus is moving other items up and down stairs, ie suit cases and laundry baskets. No pressure sales.

I missed the fact that the chair only turns at the top and it was not pointed out to me that that would be a problem. Also when I had the folding rail put in it pushed out the chair even more so I almost have to put my legs sideways to ride it. And the installer left lots of metal bits on the carpet since he did not vacuum. Since I had gotten an estimate quite awhile ago it would have been wise to come out again.

From the salesperson, to the installers, to the receptionist each one was wonderful to work with. They really made it a pleasure.

Professional all around. Very satisfied with service and product.

Installation use quick. The installer answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The stair lift works perfectly.
