Great service and friendly worker. Highly recommended.

Very professional. Great service.

The entire staff at 101 Mobile is very knowledgable and has a great understanding about how their product can improve the quality of a families life. It certainly improve our quality of life. Bringing true professionalism in to solve a very complicated problem.

Technicians were very friendly and polite. They explained everything to us and showed us how to work the chair. They let us do it ourselves so they could see if we understood everything.

Sales representative was knowable of the product and very professional. Installation was accomplished by her and another employee and both were a pleasure to work with.

So far the chairlift is just what we needed! Though, do you the staircase railing that I wanted left up (for me), the remaining distance is just enough for the chair and the person on it. Which means, you would need to reach over the person and the chair, to assist them to get up to reach the lever to turn the seat.

Response time was one day from purchase to installation.

the stair lift works well but the the feet on the bottom did not hold and slid to the left scraping the floor. The dealer came and put a small rubber plug under the second foot but I don't think it will hold
