My chair lifts were installed a few days ago. I am living at a temporary residence with no stairs and on a single level. In anticipation of my move back home this weekend, I took a trip to the condo to see the installation and do a ride up both sets of stairs. Wow, was I impressed. They are a smooth transit and I felt very comfortable on them. I particularly liked the automatic swivel option and the safety features. I recommend this product for anyone looking to continue living comfortably in their home after a disability.

Installation and quality of product first rate. I am afraid a patient with dementia might forget to pivot the seat and try to get off on the steps. Wish there was some kind of warning signal or reminder to pivot the seat.

The entire process was fantastic from Carl the sails man Nick the phone contact. Eric the installer couldn't have been any nicer and helpful in answering all the questions we hurled at him .
