I had an immediate response to an adjustment that was needed on the height of the chair. I called one day and Steve was here the very next day.

I was able to schedule an appointment with a representative shortly after inquiring. It helped that I already knew what I wanted, but he still gave a thorough explanation of products and options, and was able to take measurements that day. Production time was on the lower end of what I'd been told to expect. Installation was scheduled promptly; installers were skilled and friendly and explained operation of the equipment before they left.

Installation was fast (about an hour) and the result is great. My mom can now stay in her 2 story home. The lift is very easy for her to operate.

I am very well pleased with the stair lift, as it makes it much easier to get up and down the stairs.

Prompt, courteous service. The installers were very kind and polite. The salesman did not point out that the stairlift would take up a lot of space on our relatively narrow staircase. We have to be extra careful getting past it.
