We’re sorry about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. To clarify, our return process requires items to be sent back to our returns facility, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In some cases, we offer partial refunds as an alternative so customers don’t have to go through the return process if it would cost more than the item itself. As per our last conversation, we’ve already processed the 50% refund you requested, and we understood that this matter had been resolved. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact our support team at [email protected] We’re always here to help.

We’re sorry for the confusion and understand how concerning this must have been. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the four extra items were returned and have already been fully refunded. During checkout, additional product offers may appear as optional add-ons. These are not added automatically and would only be included in the order if they were selected before completing the purchase. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected] —we’re always here to help
