The response from your support team was for a mistaken order
The response from your support team was fast and very supportive. My request was handled professionally, curiously and promptly. The website was however somewhat difficult with the special offers. I thought I had refused the offered and completed the order which still has the special offer and resulted in my email to cancel it.

Eyebrow stamp 💗 it.
Love the product , the eyebrow shape is pretty good, I also got one for my mum and she also loves it, just dab and stamp done in a few minutes. The colour is great.. they will last a long time.. great product. I ordered 4 so I will have plenty for a while.

Product was a no, but great customer service
The product just didn’t work for me, however, customer service went above and beyond by reimbursing me the full amount instead of their original offer of 30-40%, which I greatly appreciated.

Really happy with the Browpro product
Really happy with the Browpro product; it does a great job especially for the older generation when you just can’t quite see enough without your glasses. When there was a (minor) issue with the payment, it was resolved very quickly due to excellent service from the customer support representative. I highly recommend the product, but do make sure you read all the info at checkout thoroughly before proceeding with the payment.

The dark brown is a good colour for my eyebrows but still playing with placement of the stamp to get best look, otherwise good product.
