Two Charges Instead of One
I ordered a kit from Browpro this evening. While checking out, they attempt to upsell numerous products to you. I was very careful to answer no thanks on each offer. After I completed the order, I looked at my bank statement and saw 2 charges instead of one. I called customer service, the agent stated that I had ordered one of the kits that were offered. She said she could only refund 30% of the charge. I requested the entire order be refunded. She said she would reverse the order. I’m not holding my breath. This is NOT an honest company.
