I made a big mistake on my order, infact, I double ordered! I reached out to customer service, explained what had happened. I received a quick response which was most helpful. I responded back and again received a very nice response from Sophia Anderson. I literally asked if this interaction was AI? She came right back letting me know it wasn't. I had to smile and compliment her because being 68 years old, I've never experienced someone so clear and exacting, not to mention how kind. She really took care of me. Such a treat, I thought those days were gone.❤️
