Do NOT order from browpro.co they use deceptive business practices. They charge you a couple months later a random charge and tell you you signed up for VIP benefits. Beware!

Beware
Beware, this is a scam company...A purchase I made for $17.99 turned out to be 3 charges for a total of $112.42. I only caught this as I was alerted by my credit card. I have had to cancel my credit card and this whole bs has caused me stress. Do not, I repeat do not order from this company.

Don't do it!!
Had no idea when I ordered that product was coming from China and so would take 4 weeks to receive. I was charged $95.66 for the same product that is less than $15 on Amazon including shipping. I ordered on 1/30 and company says it has just now cleared customs. This company is a total scam!

This item is absolutely useless
This item is absolutely useless. It is just a powder and comes STRAIGHT off i wish I had read these reviews first! I recieved yesterday and today they are straight in the bin. Lying site pictures are not the reflection of the product AT ALL.

Deceptive business practices, tick a box a checkout and think your getting free postage to later find out you are in a subscription for a product you regret buyer once used!

Their order system online is terrible
Their order system online is terrible. Very easy to make a mistake. Tried to cancel immediately but they would not. So much for hassle free cancellations. Their customer service is atrocious. All she does is offer discounts. I used PayPal to pay and the one order was done with 3 invoices and not until I got the receipt fir the 1st invoice did I see the prices on the site were in AUD and conversion to USD had been applied so it cost nearly double! As for returning, the freight charge is exhorbitant and if you have opened and tried the product, you will not get a full refund. And BTW, it comes off VERY easily, not as advertised!

I’ve had the same experience as another…
I’ve had the same experience as another customer, I was charged for shipping $4.95 and afterwards I noticed they charged me another separate charge for expedited shipping for $13.73. The ordering process is ridiculous as they keep trying to get you to add things to your order. Anyways, I reached to to them, reported to PayPal & left a comment on Facebook explaining how they charged me a separate charge for expedited shipping when I already paid shipping & selected the cheapest option $4.95. The company is in New York and I’m in PA I don’t need expedited shipping. They did reach out to me and said it was an unintentional charge but I could request a refund if I don’t receive my order within 5-7 days! What??? I said, absolutely not! I wanted refunded immediately for the unintentional $13.73 that they charged me or they could just cancel my entire order. I bought two kits and I highly regret it as I now have zero faith in this company. I will most likely cancel the entire order and go somewhere else for brow kits. Buyers beware & make sure they don’t charge you extra fees!!!
