I had an extra charge on my card that was not authorized by me, it was accidentally checked when the site refreshed. I contacted customer service and they took care of it. It was easy, it didn’t take a long time and they made sure I was happy with the resolution. Which I am. They refunded the full amount and I would be completely comfortable ordering from Browpro again.

I had ordered something that i didnt want and couldnt afford. I contacted Browpro immediately and within a couple of hours i had received a reply. Anna was the consultant who was handling my issue and she asked sensible questions that were empathetic and understanding. At no time did she accuse me or blame me, Anna offered me a couple of solutions which had i wanted the product but just couldnt afford it would have been perfect. In my situation i had not wanted the product and Anna organised the cancellation of my order and refund of the product. The money landed in my account within 24 Hours. A huge thank you to Anna who made my experience so wonderful. She is a credit to browpro! Most of all she is a lovely Kind person
