Received a full refund, very happy
When I purchased my first product another transaction went through not long after paying for the first one, I did not ok this transaction and didn't want it Straight away I wrote to Browpro to explain the situation and I honestly thought I wouldn't get my money back, BUT, I did ! they couldn't have been more helpful in cancelling the extra order and making sure I got a full refund, and for that I would highly recommend this company for their honesty Cheers Louise C

Brow powder
I ordered the eyebrow powder, I love the powder but not so much the stencil so I just use a brush to apply! I had a question for customer service and they were fantastic! Immediate reply and helped me out! Thanks!
