Zero rating! After reading many reviews, I have realised that I clicked on an 'additional discount' which automatically signed me up as a VIP customer. I initially spent $66 AU and I didn't like the product, which is always a risk for online purchases. Anyway, I have just discovered that the BrowPro has deducted 10 x monthly payments of $50 from my credit card account. So they have charged an additional $500. I have had to cancel my credit card and I am furious. This company is a SCAM and an absolute DISGRACE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Looks like I've also been caught in this additional purchase "VIP benefits" scam. It would not let me decline the offer and did not provide a review of the final purchase before payment. After noting the additional charges on my credit card I contacted the company and asked to cancel the order. The initial email response from BrowPro promised I would receive a 50% refund on the VIP 3 pack (even though I didnt want it) plus they said I would still receive the additional 3 pack. I thought well at least I can give it to my granddaughters. As soon as the 50% was refunded they cancelled the additional VIP order, meaning I've paid twice as much for the two pack I initially wanted. I'm still waiting for a second response from BrowPro customer service about this but based on these other reviews I checked and have cancelled the Nymbus LLC payment subscription on PayPal, yes beware of this, it's there in PayPal as an auto pay (billing agreement). Im pretty annoyed at myself for being duped so next step if I dont hear back from BrowPro is to follow up with my bank and PayPal who are pretty good at sorting this stuff out. I can't even bring myself to open the product to try now, so can't say if it works or not.

I ordered 2 eyebrow pro stamps and postage. Scammers They then add 3 more stamps for 51 plus 12.95 expedited postage this was not ordered by me. I tried to cancel that part of the order but was told I couldnt as it was on it's way for something I should have paid 21 they charged me 81 and I have checked other reviews and this has happened to others. If you try to send back something you didnt order the will not send prepaid label. Stay well clear of this company. They then keep saying you can have 25% refund infuriating.

As I have just read n many other reviews I have had a similar experience . Tried to purchase ONE stamp and somehow ended up with 3 and the extra cost .. offered the 25% discount .. and now I find an unauthorised transaction and their explanation = I signed up to a subscription !! No I definitely didn’t .. again their response is to offer to cancel said subscription BUT NO OFFER OF A REFUND ! Scammers through and through .. and will be following this up with SCAMWATCH website and reporting them to every possible site to make the public aware of their underhanded tactics .

Wrong color was shipped, rude employee on the customer service line. I have yet to receive my replacement in the correct color! This company is a total scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, they have also BLOCKED my phone number after telling me they will mail the correct color! SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I have to agree with all the poor reviews here about the company practices of automatically sign me up for a VIP service which included monthly payments to Nymbus for which I received nothing. I did like the product but the company cannot be trusted.

I ordered one item and their website kept introducing more options to purchase which I didn’t want. I immediately cancelled and their response was offering a 25% discount - I declined. They then made 4 charges on my PayPal account. Immediately emailed but no response. Checked my PayPal account and they had put a regular payment in place which I cancelled. Eventually agreed to a 50% refund. Just beware if dealing with this firm as it seems I was not alone in the experience.

They somehow got into my PayPal account and put themselves down for automatic payments plus I ordered an item for $9.95 and they took US51 and USD 12 for something I did not order. Be very very careful of these people
