I made a mistake when ordering and emailed the company it took a few emails back and forth but it was finally taken care of. The customer service is awesome and I will be ordering again if I like the product

I am 71 years old and the older you get the less hair you have so of course having to stencil your eyebrows that's very hard and I have macular degeneration and it's hard for me to see anyway but with the brow Pro is very easy I may get one not straight with the other one but still I'm very comfortable with the eyebrows the color is wonderful I did try the blonde at first but it was too light for me so I went to the light brown and very much satisfied with the light brown and it stays on. So I would recommend this product highly if you're having issues with having to stencil your eyebrows on try the brow Pro it is wonderful I will continue using this product as long as it is around thank you brow Pro

The purchase was easy, I had to midify it because of an error and all went cool! Not always the case with some companies! Also didnt take too too long to arrive, in great condition! Smooth purchase overall! A happy customer

My experience with the product wasn’t good. It didn’t work like I thought it would. When I reached out to customer service, they were awesome! Khloe was beyond helpful. She offered me a few solutions for a refund instead of me having to go through the entire return process which probably would’ve cost me more. I’m super happy with the outcome of the countless emails me and Khloe shared!

I was in contact with this company over an order and I had the most prompt, well mannered person contact me. I was kept informed with total graciousness from Sadie. When a company informs you promptly with such fine manners it's obviously a well managed company. I have worked with 2 large American companies and I was very happy to be treated so well by Browpro.

What fantastic customer service, when I thought my order hadnt complete I pressed pay now which unbeknown to me was another product, I emailed the company and they were more than helpful and understanding of the situation, quickly completed my refund, kept in touch to ensure the refund was complete, what a lovely change to other on-line experiences that knyoy so much 🙏
