I had concerns with my shipment and made a mistake on the shape I ordered , it just didn’t fit my face , when I reached out with my concerns I received a speedy response and continued communication with solutions to my concerns . Wonderful costumer service and communication as well as responsive resolution to my concerns. It’s hard to find business that engage with their customers especially if they aren’t happy at the time but BrowPro really engages their customers and works to make sure you get the results you set out for .

I hit an addition to my order by accident. Customere service was able to cancel the additional order before it shipped and the refund was credited to my account immediately. Very quick service.

I highly recommend their products BrowPro. They are amazing. It's exactly what they advertised. I ordered dark brown and so happy with the results of the colour and the shape. Try it guys and you won't regret it. I don't know them but they are amazing people. They will look after you if you have problems with your order. They are happy to fix it for you.
