Product is crap and company even worse
Product is crap and company even worse. Fraudulently sign you up for annual subscription, discontinue communication about charges and shipping (as done on initial order), don't ship ANYTHING and then state "company policy of refund timeline" and problems with being able to refund full amount unless I give the my PayPal (don't have) or give me a trustworthy friend account information for balance due. So you want to steal from me twice or pull in another victim. SCAMMERS AND SUPPORTERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Do not fill orders as wanted and claim I ordered extra sets
Did not send the color I ordered and sent duplicates of the color which I did not order. Nothing usable It is going in the garbage and I'm taking a sizeable financial loss. a SCAM outfit!

Really the 1 star ⭐️ is for excellent…
Really the 1 star ⭐️ is for excellent packaging, but as for the product itself I am very disappointed, I would not recommend at all as it does not work and is a powder and would not last 1 minute let alone all day, nothing like as advertised, also they deducted a second amount of $81 from my account (unauthorised by me) on top of the $35.00 they had already deducted, I was not happy and to begin with they refused to refund the $81, but when I mentioned fraudulent transaction they quickly changed their mind and refunded it. So overall a very unpleasant experience 😡 on top of a very inferior product.

The product is not as advertized/shown…
The product is not as advertized/shown in the ad. It has a cheesy sponge applicator that stamps a blob of easy smear makeup. They do not send return shipping lables, in fact they don't refund on the shipping you paid for the product. Definately not worth half of what it costs.

I ordered a single set of the brow…
I ordered a single set of the brow stamp. To date i have not received any product, but have had my debit card charged for numerous items I did not order. My $9.95 is now up to over $130!!! I was also charged $12.95 expedited shipping which i had not requested.

These people are liars
These people are liars. I made an order. They offered me a 30 day trial membership that was FREE. It wasn't supposed to hit my account for 30 days. But it hit right then, and getting these people to stop giving me the run around is impossible. Dishonest company, run by dishonest people.

Browpro is a scam
Browpro is a scam! I ordered two stamps and they added additional items and charged me an additional $80. When I called they stated it was too late to cancel. The product was garbage and did not work as advertised. I do not recommend buying this item. I am sorry that I did not read the reviews first. Please don’t waste your money, it is definitely not worth your money!

About a week later, you contacted us requesting to cancel some of the items. At that point, the order had already been processed and shipped, which is why we were unable to cancel it. This was explained during the call. That said, we did not ignore your concern. We provided you with return instructions so the items could be sent back for a refund in accordance with our policy. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up from you or confirmation that the return was sent, so we were unable to proceed further with the refund.
