This company is nothing but a scam. I paid for my tickets, and guess what? Nothing showed up. I even gave them proof that I never received a thing, and still, they flat-out refused to give me my money back. They'll take your money, leave you empty-handed, and ignore every attempt you make to fix it. Save yourself the anger and stay far away from Brown Paper Tickets.

Brown Paper Tickets provides terrible and slow services. My experience with this company was very disappointing and a huge waste of time. Not only did it take so long to give me my tickets, but reaching customer service was also a pain. The customer service of this company is awful, and many of their representatives are rude.

Never purchasing anyhting from the again. It appears that this company doesn't care about who is selling tickets via them. The even organizer canceled the event and took all the money without issuing a refund. Brown Paper Tickets refuses that it carries any responsibility. I was very dissatisfied with their complete lack of communication.

Charged twice. They’ve taken the payment twice and there’s nobody to contact about this. I really wish the school would use a different company. I have so many problems with this company - I go to my account and it says I have no tickets even though I have email confirmation of the tickets. Awful company. Avoid if there is an alternative!
