Brown Paper TicketsReviews of brownpapertickets.com

We used Brown Paper Tickets for ticket registration for our event, but not a single dollar has been paid out. A hefty fee is already taken for the service, and keeping all the money from ticket sales is outrageous. Withholding earned funds makes this operation feel dishonest and completely untrustworthy.

Never transact with Brown Paper Tickets. Don't make the same mistake that I and many others did, which is dealing with this terrible company. Brown Paper Tickets is untrustworthy. The management always makes excuses to delay the services that you're owed. The service here is horrible, and the customer service representatives aren't helpful at all. Avoid this company.

It's been months, actually almost a year already and still we haven't gotten paid! All of their phone numbers were already out of service, nobody replies to our emails, and we've tried every other way to contact any of them, their staff and management, but still no reply! It's been very stressful and terribly disappointing doing business with them!!

Brown Paper Tickets is honestly one of the most inefficient and awful companies I’ve dealt with. The people are inefficient when it comes to the needs of their customers. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service representatives already, but none of them were able to provide a satisfying solution. Some of them were even rude and sounded annoyed! I don’t recommend this company because you’ll just experience headaches and stress.

These people are terribly fake. They sell tickets but don't give you any money. If you try to contact these horrible people for support, you'll just get a recorded message. It was awful to be scammed. Beware and avoid IF YOU CAN!

This company operates without ethics or honesty. They have taken money from countless honest business, including mine, and now vanish whenever contacted. Despite repeated attempts and reaching out to authorities, nothing changes. I face fear and frustration every time I have to contact them, yet I am trapped in this exhausting cycle. My money remains out of reach, and I have little hope of ever recovering it. Avoid this company at all costs or risk being trapped in the same nightmare.

Small business and independent artists have been cheated and left struggling because of this company's actions. The damage is real—countless people have lost money, trust, and hope. It is beyond unacceptable that such exploitation continues without accountability. This cruelty must be stopped once and for all.

Do not make the mistake of buying tickets from this company if there is even the slightest chance your plans could change. I was promised a refund after cancelling, yet all I received were lies and silence. Months have passed, and I am still chasing these deceitful people with nothing to show for it. They dangle false promises, string customers along, and never deliver. It is nothing but a cruel scam that robs you of both money and peace of mind. Beware—once they have your money, you will never see it again.
