Been 3 weeks waiting for my order. This company did not post that they use Fed Ex, the campground I’m at doesn’t accept Fed Ex. I have been trying to get a person, not AI, to change the address for 3 weeks. BTW, yesterday is when Fed Ex posted that they could not deliver. This company needs to get way from automation and AI and do customer service. For the price, a live person would be nice.

On July 4, I ordered a mattress. The website advertises that orders are fulfilled within 5-7 days. This is a total lie. 14 days and my order is STILL being "processed". Twice I have left messages for their customer service team and never gotten a return call. Email inquires have given generic answers with no concrete details. Meanwhile I am set to leave the country for a month. If they had been honest about how long it would take I would have waited!

Showroom personal were very pleasant and informative. They made our decision easy. The delivery was super and came early which was a plus in my book. Richard, Kyle and Alonso were pleasant and took care of the old mattresses easily. They put down the new mattresses and gave us a few tips about the mattress and were ready to go. It went very well.

I rec'd my Dreamform Essential queen RV mattress & LOVE it. Nice & firm, great sleep! I'm mad at myself for taking a year to make up my mind to purchase it. I am totally PLEASED. Would recommend to all RV owners looking for a new mattress. A plus is their customer service. First Sergeant Mitchell

Ordered and paid $570 for a mattress I never received. It was delivered to the wrong address and the company is not responding with a refund to date. I do not recommend this company based on my experience. I'm out almost $600, although still trying to get it refunded.

I received multiple emails saying 35% off for subscribers. The code doesn't work. I have called 4 times, emailed twice and no response so yeah. why would I spend $2,000 if they can't get simple customer service questions answered?

I bought a 3 inch Latex Soft Topper. At first it was great to sleep on and I was very happy with it. But within 2 months it became too soft and I started to develop lower back pain because I was not getting enough support. I was worried about that because soft mattresses are a problem for me, but I thought the trial period would allow me to swap for a firmer topper if needed. I thought the trial was 120-nights which is well-promoted on their website, but I have since learned that for toppers the trial is only 30-nights. That info is there in their FAQs and I missed it. But even if I knew it was a 30-night trial that wasn't long enough to discover this problem and ask for a return. This was an expensive item that I only got 2 months of use from. A bad purchase.

When will I learn to read Trustpilot first. I ordered a mattress topper. Expensive one. After struggling to get it in the house and on my bed, I find that the mattress topper is too small by two inches on either side. Of course I'm not going to haul this thing off now. I can make it work but what a waste of $600.
