I didn’t receive an email confirmation when I placed my order so I was worried that I got scammed. When I called, it was an AI service rep, whivh felt impersonal. Also, the AI said the documentation is not processed for 5-9 days- that’s a long time to wait for a receipt of purchase.

I am excited about this new mattress (Plank Firm Luxe) so if it’s good I will update my review, but finding information on the website was made fairly easy and it seemed to have good reviews for the things that were important to me. Excited to see if it lives up to the description.

I was loaned the origional anxiety bed which is fantastic. The Brooklyn comes no where near you might as well purchase a Kmart at 1/4 of the price. Disappointed

Bought the XL Brooklyn Bed for our labradoodle irs a great bed but costs us a fortune to keep clean, they say machine washable but it’s so big it doesn’t fit into our normal size washing machine so have to go to the laundromat an use there large duvet machine which costs $10 a time, so expensive bed. Probably great if you have a small dog an small bed
