We purchased a new fifth wheel and had a couple additional items and picked up our trailer on time and took it out right away and found that there was a mixup, probably more on my part for not being specific enough at the time of purchase. When I contacted them after we returned home to fix it along with a couple little things that we didn't notice on our initial walk-through, they were able to get it back in and fixed everything they could only missing one thing because the part hadn't shown up yet. We were ready to go back out two weeks later and they didn't complain or charge extra for the changes. Not our first trailer, but first new purchase and we were treated better than expected. Great experience from salesman, service, and parts. Great experience from some great people. Thank you everyone one for the service.

Our experience was very easy after looking about a dozen units we narrowed down our wants and needs. Once we found the perfect unit we moved to the price conversation but given the already deep discount on the unit we liked that was a very easy process as well. The staff have been very helpful and the paperwork only took about 30 minutes and our sales person entertained our two young kids to help us out even further. We haven't been able to use the service department yet but I can only expect the same kind of service there as well.

We enjoyed the interaction with the sales staff as they showed us what we were interested in and also offered a few others and then we discussed our position and there was no pressure at all. No smoke was blown and our sales person did make the difference.

Great experience so far! Has been a easy process, salesman has been helpful. Saturday is the walk through and drive away day.
