Great experience!

Didn’t used car sell us on a trailer, we’re honest and knowledgeable when it came to picking out the best trailer that fit our families needs and wants. The walk through and service staff were excellent, they took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the new trailer, and addressed/fixed anything we had concerns with. Jason in the sales department and Jordan in the service department made this process very smooth and enjoyable for our family.

Had to call back and go thru hoops to get me refundable deposit back...if i didnt they would have kept it. Asked for some adjustments before i picked up. They were not done. Was looked at weird when i wanted to hook up camper and not hand over keys to my vehicle. I am responsible for any problems that may happen on road. If it did have a problem saying someone else hooked it up wont hold up in court

When we went to Broadmoor, we honestly did not know what kind of trailer we were looking for. Marta was very helpful in educating us and helping us find the trailer that fits our needs. But that didn’t stop there. Once we purchased the trailer, they wouldn’t let us leave until we were comfortable with our new purchase. Charles did a complete walkthrough with us and was very helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of our trailer. They also evaluated our towing needs and I felt like our safety was top of their key priorities. Thanks for everything!

They stayed late on Saturday for us and made our delivery process amazing . Ryan was awesome. And when our blinds had a defect and the portable radio/speaker was missing they shipped them to us right away. They truly care and gave great service

Service department- Lasted 3 weeks with the travel trailer to replace a vent cover. I was told work was done and could pick it up. Just found out they never did the work.

The “full” propane tanks lasted 8 hours. Obviously not “Full” . Disappointed in the familiarization tour. Although we were treated very well by our sales person Angel.
