Absolutely wonderful experience all around especially guided by Fred Davenport in Sales & Jordan (our Service Tech). They could not have been better in providing us valuable information & customer service in our purchases of our R-Pod 179. We recommend them highly. Broadmore Pasco has the best R-Pod inventory anywhere. Accordingly (with Fred & Jordan’s guidance) we were able to select the specific R-Pod which best fit our needs. Knowledgeable sales team, did not try to upsell on the RV when it wasn't asked for. Huge inventory on the lot. Found something right in the price range with desirable features. Great deals this time of year. Made the experience less stressful. Service Dept top notch, very accommodating. The only drawback is the classic vehicle sales tactic of making the deal, then meeting with the bus mgr to try to be sold warranties, clear coats, insurance, and all of the profit enhancing tools. I wish auto and RV dealers would get over this and realize it only causes bad will.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR RV WORKED ON AT THIS PLACE. We have our 1992 Holiday Rambler Aluma Lite in storage with them for about 9 months now. While in storage, we had them winterize it, change the oil and air filter. So they have record of having entered our RV while we've had it in storage there. When we went to try and trade it in 2 weekends ago, we went into our rv to remove some of our things that we have in it and noticed that a door latch was completely broken and that the radio and the switch to start the generator on the dash console were no longer working. So we went in to report it. Said they would look into and call us back. Well, they denied having broken those things. It was all working properly when we first dropped it off. They may think that we have no way of proving they did it, just our word against theirs. But we took lots of pictures and videos. I'm praying we can find something to prove that they are lying. It just really makes us so mad. It makes it hard to know who to trust because some people just won't step up and admit to their mistakes. Was really hoping that the mechanics who worked on our RV would have admitted that they broke those things when questioned, because they had to have known when they broke the door latch. The radio and generator switch may just be a fuse that blew while they worked on our rig. But that's if they even cared to question the persons who serviced our rv when researching the problems. And if they did question them, that means they denied and lied about breaking them. It's quite sad, shameful, disappointing, maddening, all at the same time. Who knows how many other things they broke. Those three were the only ones we noticed while trying to clear out some of our belongings. But we already know they'll deny and lie about breaking those too. DO NOT BRING YOUR RIG IN TO HAVE IT WORKED ON UNLESS YOU'RE OKAY WITH THEM DENYING AND LYING WHEN THEY BREAK SOMETHING IN THE PROCESS. It even makes us nervous to post a review while we still have it in storage because we already know how dishonest they are. We'll just have to start going through all my pictures and videos!!!!

Our dealings were top notch, we looked at a Jayco Eagle in Spokane and wanted to look at a different color on the inside. Emailed after hours and Marta responded back with in a few minutes, we set an appointment time and drove down looked at it on Monday, Marta did not bug us no pressure I called her on Friday and said we wanted to buy it and asked if it could be ready the next day. She called me back and we picked it up Saturday the dealer in Spokane was 5000 higher and a 1200 service charge. The service department was very detailed on showing us how everything worked and they winterized it to boot. Would recommend them to everybody. thank you again....
